"My parents stay 4 days in this hotel and they love their stay. They told me that the hotel was convenient, quiet and clean. They wanted to give their thanks to the personal who were really attentive and helpful with everything. Only complaint that they had was the fact that there is no lift on the property but Other than that everything was great "

"Lovely welcome fabulous staff , the hotel is in an excellent position near the beach and some thank you for a fabulous stay lovely restaurants and coffee shops near by . The bathroom was huge ,with lovely white towels and the rooms we’re spotless , some of the decor is a dated but you can see they are upgrading it bit by bit . The breakfast was delicious quality bacon and sausage, we will definitely stay there again thank the Windsor Hotel 😊😊😊"

"This is a small hotel, feels family run and we came for our son's graduation from Newcastle University. He was living in Jesmond so this hotel was a perfect location. The staff made this stay, they were absolutely outstanding. They gave us early check in and were so kind and helpful to my mother in law, who has mobility issues. Absolutely outstanding breakfast too, included in the price. Well done Osborne hotel!"

"Lovely few days on the North East coast. Breakfast was just what you need with both cooked options and fruit/pastry. The staff were lovely in all areas of the hotel including the gym&pool. You can't go far wrong. Our room was comfy, clean and perfect for a short stay. "
