"We had a fantastic stay at the Link Hotel. The location was fantastic, great for exploring all that South Beach has to offer. There are shops and places to eat right on the door stop and the boardwalk and Ocean Drive are only a few blocks away. "We absolutely loved it here! Every staff member we encounter was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were able to get us in to a room right away. They were also very accommodating with a late checkout. The pool had plenty of shade and the beach was easily accessible. I can’t say enough about how welcoming the staff was, we will definitely be back the next time we are in Miami"

"The staff were super cordial and attentive, so were the cleaning crew. We got a free upgrade to our room, which was awesome and a great surprise for our vacation! I just wish they gave free water bottles instead of the ones filled in the glass bottles, they kind of smelled funky. Also I couldn’t get the balcony door open on my room. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and had great amenities. The rooms were super clean and I loved the Aesop soap. I would definitely come back!"

"Great location and amazing staff. Hotel is nice and well maintained in a great spot, close to everything within walking distance. All the staff were amazing and helpful (shout out to Andy)! It was nice that beach chairs were included in our stay but I wish the umbrellas were included. $27+ charge for umbrellas seemed unreasonable. For sure I’ll be back 🙌"

"Wonderfully characteristic and stylish hotel. Cabana rooms are spacious with a roomy shower room. A walk in closet helps crate space in the bedroom. Bars are well served with knowledgable staff. Outside areas are spacious too. Plenty of seating and sunbed options. Pool guys are excellent providing fitted sunbed towels and there’s umbrellas (no charge but definitely tip worthy). Pools are excellent (and bath warm)."

"The bathroom is enormous and the shower is spectacular. The curtains could be thicker since there is a DJ balcony right outside the window that faces the bathroom and we could see people. Bathrobes were a great addition, slippers would have been appreciated. They need a full length mirror and steamers in the room. If you have any accessibility concerns I would caveat that the only way upstairs was via a spiral staircase. Luckily the staff gave us support to carry our bags upstairs but we weren’t...

"We booked with Kasa el paseo a few months ago and really really liked it, easy check in, whats app text with a real person that helped us through everything and no hidden deposit or extra costs popping up. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to come back. Too bad it wasn't the same anymore, I booked the room online for 99$ up on arrival I had to do a pre check in that turned out to ask for either an extra $20 for security of room damages or a $250 hold.
