"This place is so deceiving online I have no idea how it has such an high ranking. The rooms are terrible and not cheap either. The first room we got put in didn’t have working AC so we had to ask to switch rooms. The guy handled it with no problem which we appreciated. The walls are paper thin you can hear literally everything going on outside 24/7. The bathroom was a joke - no counter space at all, the sink was like a small dorm sink, the shower is hard to work. The pictures of our bathroom online (and yes, looking at the same type of room we paid for) vs seeing it in person was shocking."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Breakfast had a nice variety of options and was fresh every morning. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend this property to others."

"The location was the only thing that really stood out as a positive. The hotel is beyond due for renovation work. Our room was beat up, dirty, noisy with paper thin walls, limited use of facilities due to a Conferance that had everything reserved. Also note this is not “oceanfront” it is a hike to the beach going past the hotel and restroom facilities, across a bike/walking path and down another walking trail. For the condition it is in the price should be one fourth what it was. I wish I could attach photos to show the neglect and tattered condition of everything even the towels were stained and torn."

"Well location is great! As for staff, Nelson was the brightest point of this hotel. As for penthouse studio, very poor… with major issues, like air conditioner create condensation and dripping… but no, I woke up hearing sound of waterfall and one part of the room under ventilation was literally raining… everything was wet and dumped… wall next to it with electrical closet where fuses are was completely wet and you can feel that wall under is soaked… like crazy… I used all towels and ice bucket to pick up water and I had to empty that ice backer every few hours. Than if would stop and randomly start again:.. bathroom very weird layout that when you on toilet you can’t close the bathroom door. One wall is in mirror but no mirror in front of the sink and lighting is positioned so hkh can’t see clearly your face even when hkh standing in front of that mirror wall. Fridge have protected so you can’t change temperature and it’s barely cold. No ice but you have ice machine. Big rooftop patio with no sunbrella but there’s a stand for it. Very odd place, plus design is like Liberace exploded there, but every single item is from Temu. And I wanted to extend my stay for two days and here I am I. Koby sitting and waiting 4 hours between check out and check in cause I have to change rooms lol so… that’s what’s up here "
