"Newly renovated property with all the amenities you could want. There was a safe and a small fridge. Shower stall only no bathtub. Minimal storage. We stayed for 6 days and were living out our suitcases which was fine as we don’t usually unpack completely. The location is amazing minutes to the beach and Lincoln Rd shops."

"I had a great stay overall. I slept very well, the location was fabulous, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only small issues were that the blackout curtains wouldn’t fully close and the ice machine was not working properly the night i stayed ( owner did let me know if i needed anything i can go to restaurant below, unfortunately my even wasnt over until midnight and restaurant was closed :( ) . Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful. Money well...

"Very irked about how much we paid per night and that beach umbrellas cost additional money, kind of tacky. Also despite our room being all the way at the end of the hall, the walls were thin and we heard both children and adults yelling at each other starting fairly early in the morning. "

"Conditioner in shower didn't work, told staff and nothing was done. There nights. Pool area has 5 chairs after that you lay on the ground. Something in the bottom of the pool looked like a mini diaper and water wasn't heated. "

"The location is unbeatablee right on Ocean Drive and literally steps from the beach, restaurants, and everything happening in South Beach. I was fortunate enough to stay in a room with ocean view, very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful throughout the stay. Even though the property doesn’t have a pool, they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels which makes going to the beach super convenient. "Only issue is in Roon 307 you hear the whoosh sound of the elevator going up and down. Also there are no drawers so one lives out if the suitcase. Should be an easy fix that would improve the experience An otherwise good room "
