"The pool, bar, outside sitting area, the staff and location are amazing but the room itself was not so much. It was a pretty big room but it was SO hot, it has a water cooler and we had it the coldest it could get and it was almost impossible to sleep because it was that hot at night, there’s no ventilation in the room so that doesn’t help, the water in the shower barely comes out, there is no phone in the room, no WiFi password. If we needed anything we had to go to the lobby to ask which is fine but it’s not when it’s late at night. Also the room above us you can hear everything but that might have just been the guests, felt like they never slept so on top of it being so hot the noise didn’t help. "

"Very clean and brand new. I loved the decorative bathroom tile and shower. My only complaint was when we arrived the room had a very strong odor of cleaning chemicals. It was hard to get rid of because we had the AC on and didn’t want to open the windows all night. "

"Pros: We had a great room on the ground floor with chairs outside to lounge on. Conveniently located hotel and fun atmosphere. Cons: Not really a family vibe, although we had kids and it was fine. Music was loud until late and the walls were thin so we woke up from the kid in the next room in the middle of the night. Seems more geared to "

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. Thankfully we did not run into any issues. I would say the parking situation can be a hassle if you plan to stay many days but once your settled it’s not bad we loved the location-walking distance from the beach and many restaurants "

"Although I only stayed one night, I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Greystone. Marcos and Julie at the front desk were very kind to me and answered all my inquiries in a timely manner. I also met Pawan, the head chef and owner of the hotel. He provided excellent hospitality and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and professionalism shown by the staff. I hope to stay here again in the future."
