"3/5 stars. After a long day of traveling, the check-in experience was disappointing. We arrived after the posted check-in time but still had to wait about an hour for our room. The staff member assisting us didn’t seem very welcoming, which made the wait more frustrating. The room itself was decent for the area, but the shower turned cold halfway through. Overall the stay was okay, but improving the check-in process and guest service would make a big difference for future guests."

"It was decent, good location. Housekeeping very nice and helpful., Not as advertised, happy hour was a watered down premix in a Dixie cup which I couldn’t even drink. Advertises do on pool deck. There was no DJ there on Saturday when I went up there., after I returned home received a $48 charge on my card. When I called to inquire I finally was able to contact a person after calling 10 times. They were not able to help me, directed me to contact manager who has not responded after 6 days.. "

"#1- front desk staff never answered phone when trying many days and different times ahead of arrival. Even customer service representative tried to connect us four times and could not get the phone answered. #2- front desk staff was cold, condescending and very unfriendly. I give A+ for ATTITUDE, and not in a good way. Even when you enter the lobby, the front desk staff is sitting so low behind the front counter that You can’t even tell that there’s someone working the counter. It’s like their HIDING from actually doing work. WHERE is the manager to observe this????"

"Unfortunately I didn’t use the spa but the place was clean and there is a lot of nearby shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and welcoming "

"We arrived 9am, and great they have a luggage storage while we walk around and enjoy the beach, also giving us beach towels. The older front staff was very pleasing and welcoming. He said, he would call me when the room is ready, which they did. Once we are done with our late lunch, we checked in and was placed to room 102. There was no ramp for our luggage so you need to carry them to the stairs - accessibility fail. That room was terrible as you could hear the elevator machine 24/7.. I asked to be moved but the guy said they are full and no rooms with 2 queen beds. Accepted it. However, after showering, the bathroom floor gets flooded, bathroom was way too small. Worst thing I could not tolerate was the mold issue in their cabinets. Cleanliness is definitely not a prio. Pros: Good location "
