"The staff and the convenient location of the property"

"The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds."

"This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice."

"Onsite eatery was great for breakfast (excellent food) and adult beverages and snacks at night. JJ worked behind the counter and should be recognized for his professionalism and kind/ courteous service. Rooms are large, clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again"

"The pool was shut down, coming from outta state, my boys were looking forward to hanging out at the pool. The bar was closed. These are things that should be sent out in an email to make you aware before arriving. The bathroom was forty tiet coveted in urine I called to report byt I ended up cleaning it myself. I'm not one to write reviews like this but I was truly unhappy with my visit this weekend"

"I was relocated to this hotel because I was having issues with the pool amenities at the hotel I originally booked. Glad I was relocated here, the Expedia member called them prior to confirm no pool issues . Our suite was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. The heated pool was nice but pool hours aren’t accurate(possible staffing issue) and there is no whirlpool/Jacuzzi. I was told it’s been a long while since it hasn’t been available. It should be...

"Everytime I go to the Vine Hotel, I am truly amazed at the new features that are frequently upgraded."

"My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance in the common restrooms. The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. Improving the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Danny"

"The property was clean and the rooms exceptionally well cleaned and maintained. The property had alot to offer and easily accessible from the highway and there is a Wegmans supermarket 1/2 mile away if that. The staff was tremendous. I was able to check in early and everyone was extremely polite and went out of their way to say hello. When im in the area again this is my place to stay"
