Surley staff, area around facility was very dirty, rooms never cleaned, had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels. Elevator dirty with peeling walls. Should be refurbished or completely torn down. Moved to another hotel.

The desk Staff was very helpful and kind. The quality and condition of the room was extremely poor. Not enough towels. Dirt, dust, rust stains, cigarette burns and torn curtains contributed to my overall negative opinion and adverse reactions. I left and went to another hotel.

This LaQuinta was a complete disappointment, despite a 3.9 rating. Housekeeping had left a dirty pillowcase on the floor from the previous guest. The "white" comforters were smelly and dingy gray with brown stains. There was no top sheet between the person and the comforter; in fact, the top sheet was put on top of the comforter to cover up how dirty it was. The bathtub faucet didn't just drip, it ran and gurgled all night. Someone had put a fist through the bathroom door. There was mold along the floor in the bathroom and paint peeling off the walls throughout the room. The room smelled like dirty socks. I'm not a snobby person and I have stayed at LaQuinta in the past...in Monterey, CA. I've seen LaQuinta as a clean, refreshing accommodation that is a good value for the money. LaQuinta West Bank is NONE of those things!

First room we got assigned was no air conditioning it was 95° outside it was at least 95 in the room second room there were stains on the carpet stains on the mattresses one towel for a two bed room. The hot water would not turn off in the bathtub there was a table falling apart and part of the counter in the bathroom was falling apart overall it was disgusting the staff was extremely friendly and there were no bed bugs

Yuck

Friendly and helpful staff and free parking are the only nice things I can say. The room smelled of cigarettes and the icky leftovers in the fridge which we had to clean out. The floors were disgusting. The ‘clean’ towels had someone else’s hairs in them. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this place. Clearly no maintenance has been done on it in a long time. We will never stay there again.

It’s okay.

It was fine. Could’ve been cleaner, but not overly dirty. No issues checking in or out. Everyone was perfectly professional. The Floor of the bathtub was a little wonky/warped. It’s a fine place to rest your head for the night.

While the room itself was clean, they misrepresented the type of room I would get. I specifically booked a room that had a small fridge and a microwave because I’m on a special diet, and the room had neither of those. I talked to the front desk about it and they said they would have someone bring up those appliances, and no one ever did. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Our TV had no remote control and when they gave us a remote control, it didn’t work. I probably won’t stay at a La Quinta Inn again.

Only a place to lay your head.

There was only 1/4 roll of toilet tissue in our bathroom, no rags to take a shower with, our sheet was on top of the blanket. When we asked the front desk if we could get two rags and another towel(even though they were directly beside her) she said they would bring them to the room…never did. Mind you, we are by no means too good for common mistakes, but not giving the items while we’re standing in front of you and then not delivering them is pretty cruddy. The refrigerator had not one ounce of coolness, and it wasn’t possible to turn the volume up or down on the tv. I will say the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well.

The staff was friendly and location was nice. Room that was provided is by far the worse I have ever been in. Spoke to other hotel renters that had same complaints so I never asked for another room. Very much out dated and smelled old. The table was broke, tub and bank had cigarette burns on it. The flooring was cheap and dirty. The repairs that were completed were noticeable and shoddy looking. The freezer needed defrosted, needed a new paint job. Lighting was dim so looked dark all the time and lastly. There were some bugs in the bathroom.

I recently took an impromptu trip over the holiday weekend and decided I’d stay here. Upon arrival, I could tell from the parking lot how large of a mistake I had made. The lobby itself was dirty and poorly maintained but I still had hope for the room. I check in, get my room keys and trek over to where I’ll be staying. The exterior hallways were littered with trash, the sidewalks were cracked BUT the pool was lively - so again I hold out hope for the room itself. When I tell you that the room was comically in disrepair, it doesn’t begin to paint the proper picture. When I opened the door, roaches scurried across the floor and under the carpet. ALL of the light fixtures had been ripped out of the wall. There was an unusual ‘office chair’ by one of the beds, that was covered in who knows what. The carpet was FILTHY, and the bathroom tub appeared to be splattered with feces. It all felt like I had stumbled into a prank show and I was being setup. The BEST part was that housekeeping was ‘cleaning’ the rooms next to mine. No idea what they were doing, or what ‘standard’ the facility is being held to.

the front desk photocopied my driver's license and my payment card along with my security card number which was sketchy because no other hotel has done that. I got a basic room and it was more spacious than other places I've stayed at. I had a mini fridge that was bigger than most mini fridge, microwave and TV. the bathroom had 3 large mirrors over the sink and the main area had a full length mirror to get ready. everything worked fine in my room, a few missing and loose screws. most of the walls, doors and furnitures are dirty with stains all over. rooms definitely needs an upgrade. water pressure was good and had plenty of hot water. bedsheets and towels were washed. I had 3 furniture chairs and a lot of lamps that was bright enough for lighting. the floors were fake wood which I prefer over carpet hotels so my room didn't smell. complimentary parking and basic simple breakfast every morning, and ice machines. a male employee at the front desk kept staring at me while I ate breakfast. there's a pool that was keep clean, vending machines and laundry washer dryer area. close to downtown and other attractions. I came with friends and their room smelled like cigarettes and they didn't have toilet paper. housekeepers came and took my trash but didn't replace the trash bag and left the trash can on my bathroom sink which left the sink dirty
