"We booked this hotel because of it's excellent reviews. The breakfast was exceptional. As vegetarians we are often limited in choice but we had a variety of options available all delicious. The room was large and the bathroom very modern and clean. However what stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. "

"We were very pleased with our stay, our room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean which is one of my biggest worries when staying in hotels. The only issue I had was there was no room service available and the restaurant wasn’t open as they had a busy day. We ordered fast food for delivery but I would have much rather of had something from the hotel as I’m sure food there would have been lovely. Staff were really friendly on our arrival and as we were leaving. "

"The hotel was lovely. It’s a really nice hotel, great location being in the centre of Lyndhurst but surprisingly ample parking too, behind the hotel. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Peter at the front desk and Danielle in the restaurant and bar stood out the most due to their friendliness and attentiveness. "Beautiful setting in a country house right in the village of Burley. Walk past green pastures,along the driveway and you are there. "From check in to check out, the service provided was excellent. The staff were ever helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
