"The place was in a lovely spot. The staff were very friendly/attentive.Rooms were clean and comfortable. A lively/popular spot, especially at weekends."

"The penthouse is a great room, no it's a small apartment!; a fantastic space, well equipped with abundant and great facilities and it has a fantastic terrace with break-taking views. However, it is looking quite tired and there were a few issues, i.e. the freezer wasn't working, so we couldn't make ice. The wine fridge also wasn't working. A couple of lamps need bulbs replacing and the blind doesn't work in the bathroom. "

"Hotel has a modern design, comfortable beds and great location for those cruising out of City Cruise terminal (walkable distance to terminal with luggage). For a small fee, you can travel to the Southampton train station and make a day trip to Stonehenge or Bath. Great food inside the hotel's restaurant and breakfast selection was plentiful. "

"From checking in to checkout the service was excellent. In particular Gemma on reception was very helpful. Very busy hotel with a lot of children staying. As long as you don’t mind noise in the restaurant area it’s an ideal hotel for staying over for one night. "
