"We stayed at the Royal Leanardo prior to our cruise disembarking from Southampton. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We found all the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. We would recommend a stay here for anyone prior to a cruise. The concierge arranged taxi reservations and the coordination of transportation to the cruise terminal for the guests. This was helpful."

"Deluxe room was spotless, however, the shower mixer failed to cool the water to a comfortable temperature. Also, we were unable to switch off the air conditioner fan overnight and understand that we should have been instructed on its operation. Both these issues were reported to management. Staff were very courteous and service was excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay at an excellent hotel."

Rooms were done really well, really friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast options (included), and although we didn’t spend too much time in the bar, it was a decent pub. Ubers into town no problem, and onsite parking. Would return / definitely recommend"
