"It was the Spring Break. Check in was a hassle. Had to wait in line for 30 mins after check in time of 4PM only to be told that the room is not yet ready and I have to come back again at 5PM. Concierge told me I have to fall in line again only to notice that the other attendant must have told another person similarly situated that he need not to save to approach the same attendant after some time. The room was the worst that I had. The advertised pull out bed isn’t a pull out one. The aircon was stuck at 74F despite adjusting the thermostat to as low as 66F, high fan. No complimentary toothpaste. You could clearly hear the normal pitched outside conversation. The elevators are no better. Never again in this hotel! "

"Stayed for Easter weekend. The pool was closed the whole weekend. My room smelled like a cigarette factory. Housekeeping didn’t bring towels or serviced my room. I was charged more for my stay when I arrived. Overall had a good weekend just a horrible stay"

"Took our 7 year old and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and many things were walkable or a quick walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in."

"We had a great stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. However, the lounge chair in the room was filthy/stained, and the pretty shower leaked EVERYWHERE! Plus, no charging on one side of the bed/night stand. Weird. Nice dinner at the American Grill and the machines were very good to us. We will be back."
