Hotels near New Albany wetland and nature preserve

"First the room was nowhere near what is shown in the pictures of the hotel. at the beginning of the hotel site. Once selected the pics are accurate. Room had a broken toilet and towel rack which left off but able to put back up. Nite of arrival, notified desk of, they could not move us so asked that it be fixed after 8:30a. Returned it had not. So back down and spoke to desk again, indicated they would fix within the hour and it was. Not the best, but surely not the worst."

"Food? Nope Bar?- closed Breakfast?- not on Mondays. What the hell is that? Laundry?-better bring quarters they won’t make change and the machines don’t take cards. Walls paper thin. Rooms really tight. Bed so so pillows horrid. Never again. It was clean."

"The room appeared to be under repair with unpainted drywall patches on multiple walls. A pile of hangers in a corner of the room. The floor was sticky, and the room had an odor that can't be described. We did not stay in the room."

"Good with many options breakfast. Very clean room and hotel. Well stocked and comfortable pillows. "

"Property was not clean, breakfast was non existent except for cold coffee. Staff were never available and did not have amenities when asked. Stairwells and elevator were filthy. "

"My wife and I were very UPSET with our reservation being canceled when we arrived at the hotel after driving for 3 hours to attend to some business while on Columbus Our reservation was confirmed and the canceled due to a concert at Ohio State. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL"
