Nice room, very accommodating desk staff, great breakfast. Nice to have coffee and a cold drink always available. Very good location for us, lots of stores, restaurants nearby. Housekeeping upon request which we actually prefer. We dont need our room attended to daily, but it is available if needed. Only issue, Fox is only available in Spanish. Hopefully they can fix that, but this is our go-to hotel in Columbus.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was also good, however we did not use the laundry facilities. The reason this hotel did not get a better score is that the pool was not as accommodating as we would expect for an indoor heated pool.

The facility was really nice and clean. The breakfast was great every morning and presented in a great way. The only thing we did not like was the elevator was right next to our room #212. It was a great room just took the first night to adjust to the noise. The 2nd and 3rd night it didn't bother us as much. Thank you for your service.
