"VERY clean. The only problem I had was the bed is very high- thick mattresses I guess. I'm a short person and had to jump up to get in. We visit family in Binghamton a few times a year and this is absolutely the best hotel we've found."

"Had a very pleasant stay here. Super-friendly and helpful desk staff and housekeeping. Room could have used a few very slight repairs, but very clean and functional. Nice bathroom and shower, good lighting, very comfortable bed. Easy access and convenient parking. A bit far from BU campus, but all of the good shops and restaurants in-between made that okay. A nice, almost 4/5 hotel with a 5/5 staff that made it worthwhile. Would stay again."
