"Exceptional quality stay, very very clean, quiet, tasteful and comfortable. Only thing to note, is that the staff do not readily offer information e.g. simple reception info like where the wifi code is, what time the pool opens and closes, what time breakfast is/and where - or reminder of the exit code. No one serving at breakfast or letting you know you can order different eggs from then already laid out buffet. They were helpful and really nice when asked, but a bit of a chore when you go...

"Staff a little inexperienced and robotic. No chef at breakfast, so a reduced menu. Food mediocre, badly cooked. This area needs serious attention. Only 1 out of 10 specials available at dinner. Annex room #32 suitable for guests with a disability, bathroom enormous but very spartan, some guests might object, but we were only there for 1 night. Hotel should provide a refund for not providing a cooked breakfast option. A sausage on dry bread doesn't cut it! No milk in room. T. Austin"

"Look, you are probably staying here because you are attending a conference at University of Warwick, visiting your kid who goes to said university or some.variation on the theme And, if so, this is a clean, tidy hotel right in the thick of the action,where you can stay in a room similar to a Premier Inn for, well。about the same price as a Premier Inn. "This was a real surprise. Fabulous, friendly staff and a spacious and airy venue. Our twin room was very clean, quiet and comfy. We ate in the bar and the food was good. Although there is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, the bar offers comfy seating and complimentary hot drinks and cooled filtered water. We had a great walk in shower and all the staff were efficient and helpful. Parking is free via a supplied code. It's an ideal venue if you go to the cinema or a show on the campus...

I did notice some cobwebs in the room and a few patches of touch up white paint which didnt quite match which normally I would overlook.
