"Don’t know because I didn’t have a chance to stay in the hotel. Arrived and left immediately to another Hotel which costed me 5 times than what I had paid. Asked for a refund but the hotel refused. Have pictures to prove my point. Now am asking for my refund they saying that my intentions weren’t for staying. That my intentions were to take pictures and cause trouble over a refund. "We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was."
