"The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property...
