My only gripe is why do staff members have to be so rude as was my unfortunate experience because I would not let them into the hotel before opening time, yet I'm not a member of the hotel staff, I didn't deserve to be ridiculed and spoken to as such in front of other staff and customers"

"This was a very nice upscale hotel. Our room was quite comfortable. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Wifi was great. Several restaurants and a bar on property. There is paid covered parking or free uncovered parking. We loved being able to pick up snacks in the lobby for our next adventure. Great stay! The sculpture and waterfront walk isn't too far away."
