"The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. "The staff were very nice and welcoming. However, the room was poorly maintained. The shower drain was clogged, the air conditioner was extremely loud, it kept me up all night. The comforter was old and dingy, I was disgusted to the point I would have left but it was late when we arrived and raining.
