"Our room was very damp which made the floor feel icky and took the towels a long time to dry. Also the sheets felt damp which was just icky all around. The ceiling of the shower had water spray on it, was discolored and the plaster was coming off. And the shower drained very slow. Angel at the front desk was helpful with getting out Marriott rewards linked to our stay and getting us a late check out. The staff also helped store my bike so it was not in the rain on the back of my car. Service...

"Wonderful old Victorian home, reflective of late 1800s Philadelphia. Well maintained although obviously an old home. Very comfortable, clean, relaxing and peaceful. Gracious hosts who also provide a really tasty breakfast and access to tea, coffee, microwave, fridge etc. Everything you need for a getaway weekend in Philadelphia. Great experience!"

"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"Top notch. Could not be a better location in all of Philadelphia. The room was spacious and beautiful, everything was well thought out. I enjoyed nice touches, such as *two* folding luggage supports, two umbrellas, etc. I've gotten used to even the luxury hotels having installed "fancy" technology amenities many years ago, only to have them poorly supported now (chromecast that doesn't function, remote controls with dead batteries, wifi that requires multiple logins per stay, complicated...
