Modern, well designed rooms with excellent facilities and easy to reach by public transport or on foot from the main station. Really enjoyed my stay - the only downside was the wifi, which kept disconnecting.

Hotel was a little out of town, which we knew. Nice walk into town across the river. 20-30 mins The room was a nice size & clean, but had no air-conditioning & was extremely hot. We slept with the windows open & was woken up around 7/7:30am on week days with the building site next door. Our safe batteries needed replacing we asked twice, two different receptionist for new batteries & they were not replaced, so couldn't use the safe.

The first room we were had no running water in shower, had stains that looked like from cigarette burns on couch and one of the pillows, the radiator was on and could not be swithced off during summer. We asked for room exchange, and we got much better room with nice view, although the first room was clasified as “superior” and the new one was “ordinary”. We stayded four nights and during that time did not recieve any room service, so had to go pick up toilet paper by ourselves. To be fair - the second room we enjoyed and did not mind the small inconvinience, but the price for this type of room was rather high.

Very good hotel for the very good price. Lovely high ceilings and windows and all the things you need, and a comfortable bed. However no aircon which was unfortunate on the days we went, although there was a small fan. Good location, very easy to walk everywhere.

The Hotel was close to the city and shopping center. But it was really complicated to park, and the evening staff was not really friendly and helpful. No clear instructions for the laundry room, so we didn’t find it.

Mixed bag

Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town.
