The parking was good. Transport links good. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Felt secure with locked gate at night. No nearby shops. Quite noisy road nearby.

Tout est toujours en histoire de rapport qui a été prise et j'ai pris cette chambre en dernière minute 150 €. Elle ne mérite Clairement pas ce tarif. Propreté et état plus proche d'un hôtel tout premier prix.

la literie est de bonne qualité et les serviettes sont bien. mais nous avons eu que deux oreillers sur 4, la chasse d'eau des toilettes était bloqué. le grille pain fait sauté les plombs. il manquait les dosettes de café

Bon rapport qualité prix

Logement PMR spacieux et bien équipé. Le canapé lit est très confortable mais lit vraiment trop ferme. La salle de bain PMR est très spacieuse aussi, parfait si on est en fauteuil. C'était agréable de pouvoir prendre sa douche sans avoir de difficulté pour entrer dedans ou en sortir. Sinon petit soucis de communication pour l'arrivée tardive, on m'a dit que je recevrai un sms vers 17h vendredi avec les informations, rien donc j'ai rappelé mais impossible de les joindre au téléphone. Le lendemain je les ai rappelé, j'ai réussi à avoir la réception, on m'a dit que je recevrai le sms avant 18h, 17h52 rien du coup je rappelle avant la fermeture de la réception et là on me dit que j'aurai le sms après 18h... C'est dommage que les informations qui m'ont été données au téléphone lors de mes différents appels et par mail aient été contradictoires car c'était un peu stressant d'être dans l'incertitude. Au final j'ai bien reçu le sms pour récupérer la clé et nous avons pu profiter de la chambre.

Concept sympa mais malheureusement, le logement est vétusté. Beaucoup de choses sont en mauvais état, le canapé lit à changer, odeurs d'égouts pendant toute la durée du séjour. Ménage laissant à désirer

A l'arrivée ils m'annoncent un prix 20% plus cher car la remise memebre n'est pas passée mais il a fallu 20 min pour qu'ils comprennent. Arrivée dans le studio n°220 normes handicapées propriété médiocre, état de la Sdb horrible, le siège pour les handicapées je suppose que personne naurait eu envie de l'utiliser. Le lendemain j'informe et on me dit que ce studio n'a pas ete révové. Je remarque qu'en passant par votre plate-forme nous avons souvent les chambres anciennes et sales. Ceci est-il la norme chez vous ??? Bizarrement impossible d'importer des photos du bel état de la chambre.

Plutôt déçu de notre séjour

En arrivant il fesais très froid dans la chambre. C'était propre mais il y avait du carrelage de casser et la peinture qui s'écaille a certains endroits. Il y a eu beaucoup de vent a Nantes ce weekend et nous l'avons senti dans la chambre il faudrait revoir l'isolation. Et pour finir mon compagnon ce retrouve avec un lumbago a cause de la literie donc pas cool

La personne a l’acceuil très agréable. La femme de ménage également Par contre la responsable est d’une imcompétence et n’est absolument pas agréable ni aimable. Notre studio a été loué deux fois. Quand vous avez une responsable arrogante et qui vous traite de menteuse vous n’avez qu’une envie c’est de fuir !! Aussi qu’elle ramasse les grottes de son chien devant son logement ..

Sejour en famille avec 4 enfants, fait pour se reposer avant de reprendre la route. Nous avons malheureusement tous les 6 tres mal dormi, réveillés par des hurlements d'enfants et adultes à 2h et 7h du matin. Et encore le mot est faible... nous sommes repartis encore plus fatigués

C’est la 2e fois que nous venons dans cette résidence hôtelière, nous n’avons presque rien à dire sauf qu’il faisait très chaud et qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation juste un ventilateur que nous avons dû faire tourner toute la nuit, sinon réservation bien et petit déjeuner bien également, résidence calme.

Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking change. Insisted that all claims for a refund should be with Expedia. I which I could copy and paste her email response, proving my point and her words. Very poor guest relations.

Établissement plutôt agréable. Bien situé pour visiter Nantes et la Loire pas trop cher. Terrasse agréable en bord de forêt pour nous. Personnel agréable. Penser à emmener de quoi équiper la cuisine. Seulement une louche, 1 dessous de plat, 1 passoire, 2 saladiers, 2 poêles, quelques bols assiettes, tasses et verres, pas de couverts. Pas de serpillière et seulement un peu de produit vaisselle. Pas de nettoyage quotidien de la chambre. Des rangements pour les vêtements. Canapé convertible facile à utiliser. Pas de Netflix. Linge de lit changé une fois sur les 6jours. Serviettes changées tous les jours sauf le week-end. Attention la journée le parking est ouvert et ma trappe à essence a été ouverte l’avant dernier jour sur 6 nuits.
