Room was emasculate very comfortable. So comfortable we overslept and I got a parking ticket by forgetting to run down the street and pay the meter (100% my fault NOT the hotel)"

"Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again."

"No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!"

"This is a cute vintage property that has been nicely refreshed and has a wonderful complementary breakfast that includes fresh fruit, granola, homemade coffee cake. It is well off the road and quiet. Lots of trees. The room price was very reasonable! Don’t expect frills, but the basics are done well. The room had a microwave and a nice size fridge."

"Very very clean hotel, including the public areas. The breakfast area is spotless. We've stayed two times and both times the breakfast area was well attended to. The grounds are also well attended to. It was our go to when we were in Portsmouth."
