We were unaware this hotel does not have air con when we booked, it ended up being 35 degrees in London during our stay and our room was absolutely unbearable 24/7. (We were on the top floor) The staff were polite but unable to do anything, we had 2 fans on constantly and 2 large fans were on in the hallway but it barely made a difference.
