Plus, there is a grocery store just a few feet away for groceries, fresh fish market, and if you need a bottle of wine to finish your evening… it’s next door! "This hotel is a perfect place to stay when you want to be in walking distance of the royal mile and Princes Street. There is also an indoor/outdoor mall attached to the hotel, including nice shops, dining, and an Everyman cinema. My only complaint was the parking. It looked as if it was included in the price of the hotel, but it was actually 48 pounds for a couple of nights."

"Placed a couple of roads back from Princes Street, this hotel was in a great position to walk to most tourist sights. The check in was quick and they held suitcases until the room was ready. The apartment was bigger than expected and really clean and modern, with everything provided for a short stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer! I don’t think the reception desk is manned full time, so this is a smart way to ensure there is someone there to meet you. The staff were super helpful and friendly. "Hotel was good and would have no problems staying there again - however there is no overnight parking other than city multi-storey which is a significant walk away and the whole Malmaison decor theme is so early 2000’s (and overall too dark inside). I think a refresh is needed, costly but necessary. "

"Arrived early afternoon, gentleman at reception amazingly helpful as we were unsure as to length of stay due to flight disruptions. Our twin room was well appointed with very comfortable beds and everything we needed. Nice to have somewhere to sit other than the beds as well. Hotel is centrally located and quiet at night. Spotlessly clean and very reasonably priced given its location. We would definitely stay here again"
