Note that if you're on the top floor (which our room, Claremont, was on), there are a several steep flights of stairs that would pose mobility issues for some people. "

"The room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again. The VIP benefit was not discussed when we checked in, I had to ask about it. There were no notes on the system. I was given this benefit but only because I was a previous customer who had stayed at Aoex hotels on numerous occasions. "
