We were woken both mornings at 7.30am with very loud road works outside. If we had known these works were going on we would have booked a different hotel in a quiet area. "Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

"Sehr sauberes Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service in der Bar – die Kellner waren äußerst bemüht und aufmerksam. Die Drinks waren hervorragend und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Auch das Frühstück hat überzeugt: lecker, vielfältig und individuelle Wünsche wurden problemlos erfüllt.
