"We stayed in a mansion suite which was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a delicious welcome box of Belgian chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. The buffet breakfast was incredible with options for every type of diet and a beautiful dining room. The spa was a lovely way to end the day. The location was ideal, quiet yet walkable distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel for couples. It may be a little less appealing...

"This place is an absolute jewel! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our base to travel around. We had 2 larger rooms that were connected and it was well worth it! Luxurious rooms, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed! The location is central to everything and Sofi our hostess was crème de la crème! She is kind, welcoming, warm, caring and makes the best breakfasts! We LOVED this place and you will not be disappointed! 😎👏👏👏"

"It was great overall! One of the staff helped my fianceé carry her heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. They also had luggage storage and a nice lobby. Close to the city center! Great location, staff, and room."

Our room was great- lovely, clean and beautifully decorated and we were close to everything, but not in the middle of the busiest areas - which was perfect. "The staff was not helpful as far as transfer to another room. I understand the hotel was fully booked but they insisted that we empty the room early before 12 the following day. We have stayed in many hotels, and had never experienced what the receptionist (all of them) insisted. The check in time is 3 pm and all we were asking was for us to move at 12pm since we have pre booked a tour of the city from 9-12 noon."

"Me gustó mucho el concepto, Isabelle fue muy amable, detallista y estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades, fue como estar en casa, Una ubicación muy buena, tranquila pero apenas a unos 25 min caminando y disfrutando de hermosas vistas para llegar a los restaurants, chocolaterías, museos, etc muy visitados por los turistas. Recomiendo ampliamente este lindo Chateau."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."
