"We decided to stay an extra night last minutely and the staff was super helpful in rearranging on their side to make sure we could stay the extra night without needing to change rooms and go through the hassle of checking out / checking in again. Room itself was quaint and cute, spacious and of the aesthetic of their brand. The only odd thing was there’s no shower curtain in our room despite there being a shower head; not an issue just a note :) Would definitely stay here again, loved walking...

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"An exceptional room, stunningly beautiful, well furnished and very comfortable. The host met us on arrival and explained everything. We didn’t want leave . It’s a nice walk to the Centre or there is a bus if preferred. We would have loved to use the bar and restaurant but unfortunately as a mid week stay these were not open"

"Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en hoteles, desde que se llegó a la puerta nos atendieron con tanta amabilidad y cortesía. Luego al llegar a la habitación y encontrarnos con una cama dignos de un rey, cada detalle en la habitación y una carta de bienvenida. Baño amplio, cortinas con una black out excelente y aire acondicionado frío. Nos despidieron con un detalle con un paquetito de galletas para el viaje."

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ruhig im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ausreichend. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber ok. Das Wasser im Pool sehr frisch. Die beschriebenen 28,5 Grad, erreicht es bei weitem nicht. Nachts hat es ständig geknarrst, nach andauernder Recherche, war es die Badtüre, die im Wechsel von Abluft und Klimaanlage bewegt worden ist."

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, les environs étaient magnifiques et la rue très tranquille. L'endroit était propre et confortable. Cependant, le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné sur mon cellulaire. Nous avions également discuté avec le personnel de l'hôtel pour qu'ils nous réservent un voyage en taxi tôt le matin de notre vol, et le taxi n'est jamais venu, ce qui nous a mises en retard pour l'aéroport. Il n'y a pas d'employé à l'accueil de 20h jusqu'au matin, ce qui est dommage...

"We had a nice long weekend in B&B InnBrugas. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 people. It is about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center but it was perfect for us as we wanted to stay a bit away from the crowd. The apartment has basic amenities, e.g. no kitchen, only a fridge/minibar but no bottle opener, which would have been nice. Also, the standing lamp in the living room didn't work and the heating was very tricky because radiators have smart thermostats which can be turned on by...
