"Love the room. It has a beautiful view and it's got everything we wanted. One thing is that because it's the ground floor, we can hear (and sometimes smell) the bathroom odor but very seldom and we would definitely stay again despite this."

The front desk staff was both cordial and courteous. Especially Rafael, had has quite the witty sense of humour. Thanks to Expedia we found this hotel and I would highly recommend. "Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away. "
