"Terrible. The bathroom had mold in the vents so strong that I could not use it. Lied about being near Florence on Expedia and is not accessible by any means if you dont have a car. Deeply traumatic experience - I had to leave 2 days early. Not rembursed for my time. No outlets by the bed but also no clocks? So I had to push the entire thing across the room to have the time nearm me. Also uncomfortable beds. I had to remake the entire thing and sleep on the blankets under the sheets. I spoke to...

"The location of this property (with parking) is great! Quick walking access to one of the gates into the walled city. Parking is within the enclosed courtyard and very secure. Our room was nice size, quiet and clean - just be prepared to carry your suitcase(s) up 1 or more sets of stairs! The staff is not on site at night, but that was not a problem. Their breakfast is very nice - great pastries!"
