"The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails."

"Fantastic hotel to stay at. Location is the best ever right in the center walking distance to all Montecatini sites. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast on the 5th floor rooftop restaurant views were breathtaking. what a way to start the day. The spa services exceptional. The hotel is beautiful. Highly recommend this one!"

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."
