Hotel berdekatan Muzium Shitamachi

"Very clean room and amazing amenities provided. All of the technology (ventilation/laundry machine/toilet) had English instructions accessible by QR code. Staff was extra friendly and helpful, always available at front desk. In the main check in area, free self-serve coffee, tea, and cold beverages were offered. Location was great, minutes away from transit and all the Hobby shops and delicious restaurants one could ask for."

"We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

"Great staff and beautiful room. Room was huge!"

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"This has been my go-to hotel when staying in Tokyo across three trips. Great location, breakfast buffet, and sufficient rooms. Main area of improvement would be to have some healthier evening dining options beyond pizza and comfort food."

"A nice hotel, not far from UENO train station. It is also near to many restaurants and a night market. "

"Great stay and very helpful staff! Would return."

"Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal"

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"They have not coffe, not clean up my room after 3 nights. Etc. But is nice place . I like the laundry machine inside."

"Staffs are friendly Shops are very convenient nearby, such as family mart, and restaurant and to subway station."

"We like the convenience of being close to dining places, the Subway station and Ameyoko Street. The hotel room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was top notch with up to date equipment. The complimentary bathroom amenities and bread and soup snacks and tea were wonderful. I highly recommend Hotel Resol Ueno for a 7 day stay."

"Great location with so many options for dining. 2 mins to the JR station, 4 mins to the metro and 5 mins to the Ueno market. Staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with the luggage forwarding service. Will definitely recommend."

"No ventilation in bathroom. Convenient and tidy. Nice staff"

"部屋の設備は機能的で、清潔さは保たれていると思った。しかし、手狭であることは否めないと感じた。また機能的であるがゆえに、スタッフと直接コンタクトを取る機会がチェックインとチェックアウトに限られ、それもごく手続き的なことだけであった。このように、ある意味ではサービスが非常に省力化されていた。"
