After attempting to get our phone back from day, one the only way this was facilitated was helpful communication from the staff of the hotel to the Rail company. The property was clean, beautiful, safe - we enjoyed the breakfast and the laundry service. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker. "

It's in a perfect area very close to transportation and across the street there are tons of places to eat that close eat as well as convenient stores. The area is safe to walk around in even late at night and it's not loud. We got the deluxe single room and there was enough space for both of our suitcases and the bathroom had a deep tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Tokyo!"
