"Great stay!! Very well located, close to subway and great food nearby. Popular parts of Tokyo like Shinjuku and shibuya are accessible from here. Room itself was great — comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was spacious enough for 4 dudes. Very happy with the check in and check out process and I appreciated the access code for the room rather than a physical key. Nice interior and comfortable beds as well as a comfy large couch on top of that."

Service was lukewarm; had issues checking in (receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and refused to seek help from his supervisor and left us hanging for 30 mins), also requested assistance to reserve a private taxi from the hotel to the airport in advance but receptionist declined and offered to call for regular cab 10 mins before we leave"
