"If this hotel is in your price range, book it. The location is in an awesome spot in Shibuya. I only stayed one night as a solo female traveler and I felt right at home. Lira checked me in and was super helpful with all parts. The small touches were great such as the candy in the lobby and the robes. I even bought one to take home with me. Didn't get a chance to check out the other amenities such as the gym but I loved that it was available 24/7."

"If you are a Shibuya person, this is the best location. It is located just a few steps from the Shibuya stop of the Narita Express at the New South Exit. The exit is so new, there are not even signs that tell you where it is if you are trying to enter it. It is steps away from supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurant, and shopping. Best of all the price is affordable. The hotel rooms could be bigger and luxurious but for the price and location, it is unbeatable."

"The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty."

"The location of the property was great. A little confusing to get to because of the construction around the area but it was very close to Shibuya station. The property was well maintained and we got an early check in which was much appreciated. We also got to relax in the hospitality room while our room was made ready for us."
