"I had a wonderful 5 nights stay. Staffs were extremely helpful. We were there to celebrate my daughters' birthday and Hotel gave us complimentary breakfasts and drinks. Our room was on the 14th floor with beautiful sunset view of the city. Excellent location and room was very clean with washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable. We felt very safe and will definitely come back. Loved the Nepresso cafe in room, sure made us feel like home."

"At the heart of Shibuya so it’s very busy. But easy access to transportation. Staff very helpful. Room is spacious and clean but the bathroom is dated and shower curtain smells. "

"Staff were pleasant and accommodating to queries. And amenities are good if you’re staying in Tokyo for a while. There’s a kitchenette and laundry area on level 2 which is spacious. The hotel is situated close to everything you need. Room was on the smaller side but I expected that already. Would recommend overall happy with stay. "

"No problem storing luggage prior to check-in. Room was quite dark, but clean and good value for money and perfectly adequate for short stay. Fridge and kettle in the room. Excellent water pressure in shower. "
