"My only bad experiment cooler was not working. I complained about it. They told me they were gonna fix it and they never fixed it besides that everything else was fine."

"Room was great. The restroom design was weird for the shower but still super clean. Everyone was friendly even the staff checking you in the lobby although they rarely smiled. It was almost as if they robotic but nice nonetheless. "

"I got in late. And went straight to bed. The following morning, I uncovered myself to find that there was blood a woman who had her period in the bed. I received no apologies. Just a new room. I have pictures that I’ll share. Even the new room had dirty sheets. Stained. This is the first time at 100 Hotel states that I’ve ever made a complaint. They won’t let you leave the hotel until you receive a ticket. They wouldn’t give us a ticket because we ordered room service and we’re told by the kitchen to pay cash and the person who brought the food to us just pocketed the money. So it took us 30 minutes to get them to take the charge off our room. This was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever gone through with a hotel. It’s very dangerous to lay on top of somebody else’s blood. And very disgusting. We receive no apologies or no manager talk to us. They gave us no room credit or nothing. No swimming pool or spa so I don’t know how this is a 5-star hotel. They absolutely put my health at risk. You can catch hepatitis this way. Zero apologies. Never order room service either was terrible. Uncooked steak. And then try to rip me off because the person who delivered it took my money. Very shameful."

"Stayed for 4 nights, was able to acquire early check in and late checkout for a reasonable fee. Everyone was kind and welcoming, amazing breakfast daily. My only caution is to be careful with the water, we unfortunately got a bug and the locals told us it is better to drink the bottled water. "

"Gym and wet areas (pool, spa, sauna and Turkish bath) were great , perfect for relaxing after a long traveling day. Rooms were little outdated and water pressure in the room shower was pitiful. Room was clean and spacious. Included breakfast was great. Shuttle to the airport. Overall good place to stay for an overnight coming or going using the airport but it would also be good for a longer stay as location is convenient. Plenty of restaurants in surrounding areas."
