“El Hotel Hyatt Bogotá no solo destaca por su nombre, sino por su gente. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable. Patricia, en particular, me sorprendió con un gesto casero: un té con jugo de naranja y jengibre, como receta de abuela, llevándomelo en la mañana y en la noche, pendiente de que estuviera bien. Eso no estaba en ningún protocolo; fue pura humanidad. El hotel impecable: sabanas limpias, el lobby con excelente actitud. El restaurante, un lujo, lo mejor que probé en Bogotá.
