"I think that this is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located to getting to the Old Port area and downtown. The rooms are nice. The only issue is my room was on third floor and there's no elevator. I didn't have a problem, but if you have problems then you may want to request a first floor room. "I DO NOT LIKE room cleaning/towel replacement every other day. Coffee pods in room were not refilled. I had to go to front desk and request cups/pods. I also don’t like having to pay $13.99 for a bagel, coffee, fruit (breakfast buffet). Do complementary continental breakfast instead. All that said, the staff was very pleasant and friendly."
