"I DO NOT LIKE room cleaning/towel replacement every other day. Coffee pods in room were not refilled. I had to go to front desk and request cups/pods. I also don’t like having to pay $13.99 for a bagel, coffee, fruit (breakfast buffet). Do complementary continental breakfast instead. All that said, the staff was very pleasant and friendly."

"The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!"

"I think that this is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located to getting to the Old Port area and downtown. The rooms are nice. The only issue is my room was on third floor and there's no elevator. I didn't have a problem, but if you have problems then you may want to request a first floor room. Breakfast was fairly good for self serve with a nice variety. The best part was the choice of freshly brewed coffee. The staff are very nice and helpful!
