"Beautiful place to stay in the middle of a quiet street and walking distance to many spots. The rooms and common areas were clean and beautifully maintained. Staff was ready to answer any questions you had via phone or text. I loved this inn and would choose it again. Definitely recommend it !"

"Such a great, different, non-hotel feeling option to stumble upon when I was in Portland, Maine. GREAT location. Feels much more boutique hotel like, quaint, way more appeal than a big "chain" hotel. I would want to book for more than a week to be able to use kitchen and flexibility of apartment-like feel."

"Location is good. Rooms are nice, modern, very clean. Breakfast was not great and monotonous for a 3 day stay. The staff over communicated in my opinion by text which some people might feel is good, but I found a bit fatiguing."

Unfortunately many negatives.They offer what they call is a “kitchen” on every floor- coffee maker did not work and the ice machine did not work- spoke to an associate and was told coffee machine has been out for over 2 months and ice machine was probably a few years. They mentioned that I could go down to the floor below for coffee and the only available ice was downstairs main lobby closet. Was to get...

"I loved staying at Cambria in Portland. The location was perfect; the rooms were spacious and clean. The pillows were really comfortable. The staff was excellent."

"The 3:00 check in time was delayed until 4:40 due to, “rooms not cleaned due to being short staffed.” This is not a huge surprise but the staff was repeatedly rude while communicating this. Most of the front desk and restaurant staff were rude for the first three days of our stay. The hotel looked run-down and the room I stayed in smelled musty. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The property was very clean and quiet. The outside parking was ample and the surface had just been re-paved. The room was clean and comfortable, the a/c worked great and we had plenty of hot water with adequate water pressure. Breakfast was simple (bagels, waffle, cereal, eggs/sausage)but adequate. The location was centralized and easy to get in/out of. Felt safe during our stay. No complaints and would re-book here if the need arises."
