"We were informed upon check in that the pools would be closed for our entire stay. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the photos of the lovely indoor and outdoor pools. There was NO note of this when booking. My daughter was extremely disappointed. I heard a lady in front of me with four kids who were there for the pool for a refund and the girl at the front desk was rude and said there were no refunds. She asked to speak to a manager and was told just as rudely there wasn't one...

"We were confused and when we booked online and called everything was going to the radisson, we did not know we had reservations at the derby hotel (big difference) although it’s under change and a bit confusing it was overall a good stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool! "

"Excellent stay while visiting Louisville. Responsive service via text messaging. Library Bar was understaffed for the number of guests enjoying the cocktails and food, but drinks and light bites were delicious. Had an issue on the first night with a party in the hot tub, but guest services and security were very responsive and addressed the issue once it was reported. No issue the second night. "Parking was disappointing as you have to pay on top of your room charges and its under construction. There was a girls dance competition in town and it was very noisy all around tge hotel."

"Location was within walking distance to a vast selection of shops, eatery's, entertainment. Wonderful historical setting. Rooms very clean and bed was soooo comfortable I would highly recommend stellar inn!! "
