"Another great evening at the Brown Hotel for my son and I. The helpful & friendly staff really make it a treat to stay here. We had a late dinner in the lobby, and as usual the food was excellent. Our room had a really nice view. The front desk staff always had friendly greetings. The car valet man gave us a short history lesson of the hotel while we were enjoying the 'museum/historical archive' room. "We used to stay there every year but now the menu for the restaurant is pretty scarce-our room never got cleaned. No towels. Busted lamp shade. Air conditioner was super loud. Convenient to the Palace-but that was it for us. No more."
