"This establishment is amazing! The rooms are cozy and roomy. If you're visiting for the races the grandstand is just a short walk from the hotel. The island is very accommodating in general but the biggest star of the show is Lucy. She helped me get a bicycle delivered to the hotel for me to ride around on, then showed me where to dry my clothes after the island gave me a free shower. "A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too."

"Room was clean and had everything we needed but was at the end of a corridor with no lift access. A person with mobility issues would struggle to get to the room using stairs only. Breakfast was good lots of options and plenty of food on offer. "

"A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend."

"Best place I’ve stayed on the Isle of Mann. Room was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 1st class, good quality and very welcoming. Staff were excellent from check in, to the bar staff and breakfast staff all couldn’t do enough for you. We shall be booking for next years visit."
