"A great sized room with all we needed. All areas were clean, staff were all lovely and very friendly. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable and good range of food choices which were all very tasty. We didn’t use the breakfast room but it looked nice with plenty of tables available.We would recommend to others and would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel. Good breakfast and lunch options. Great location. Can walk into the town area in around 10 mins or about 20 mins from the port. Bus stop outside. Pay £7 for a hop on/off day rider on buses only to get around the island. Will cost more if you want to add the trams/trains. "

"Great location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast fresh and made to order, so comes hot. Extras to served hot breakfast is cereal, yogurt, cheese, meat, pastries and fresh juice. Toast served ready at the table. "

"We rented a luxury apartment. It had a spacious living area with all you need for self catering. Housekeeper there to welcome us and show us to the room. Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. Only negatives were the apartment we rented was on the top floor (three flights of stairs) - no lift. So with heavy baggage it’s hard work but not a real problem for us. Bedroom is very small and only room for one bedside table and to store one case. The other had to be put in the living area. But on the whole it’s a nice quiet apartment in a quiet town but with easy access to most places in the Isle of Man and very near to the airport. "

"When you first arrive the outside appearance of the hotel is terrible. Paint peeling off, name letters missing, and plaster falling off. However, all the public areas are excellent internally. I had a standard twin which was fine, although the shower was quite old and inflexible. The beds were very comfortable and so otherwise the room was fine. The sea view makes it!!!!! I stayed 6 days, so I felt my room should have been refreshed more than once, but that was a personal gripe. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. All the staff, without fail, were excellent. Cheerful, helpful and seemed content, which seemed to filter down from the management. So, would igo back? With great pleasure!! Perhaps close your eyes tother outside first impression and then enjoy the experience."

"I have just enjoyed a short stay at Kittiwake House. The apartment was exactly as described, with helpful information available about everything we needed. Well equipped little kitchen and a very comfortable two bedrooms. Beautiful views over Port Erin bay as we booked a sea view apartment. Clean and well kept, with a friendly welcome from the owner and manager and support and help if needed for any reason. I will return and very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you! "
