"I had nothing but wonderful memories of my stay at Residence Inn. The staff were nice. The room was spacious - enough to accommodate my family. I would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Marion - front desk supervisor for assisting me. My stay at Residence Inn was unexpected. I walked into the lobby deeply disturbed and she sensed it. She offered me a hug and that meant EVERYTHING to me!!! I am forever grateful for Mrs. Marion for acknowledging me as a human and not a customer. This particular property offers free washer and dryer. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. This service served to be extremely helpful as we had to extend our stay. "

"It did have a kitchen that could have been utilized if there was flatware, utensils, drink ware and cookware. The A/C was great, keep the room at a nice 65 degrees. It was very nice but was dated, overall a good place to stay."

"Breakfast hours are only 6-9am. Could be better if extended to 10-10:30AM. Parking is difficult, not enough spaces. The room was huge and clean. Loved the layout and decor. "

"PARKING ! the front didnt explain the parking and valet at all . its a parking lot across from them and they were hosting an event and they charged me $35 for just almost not even a whole hour !"

They are literally owned and managed by the same group ...Similar to black and white water fountains. I am truly hurt"
