"Nous avons à passé un super séjour chez Alberto, sa femme et son équipe. La chambre est faite tout les jours. L' accueil est chaleureux. L'hôtel dispose de tout pour passé un bon moment. L'emplacement est idéal avec le train qui passe tout près et vous conduit à Bilbao en quelques minutes. Et l'hôtel dispose d'un bar restaurant très pratique. Merci encore Alberto pour ta gentillesse."

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "

"New hotel Opened 1st April 2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful. The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map! One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers."

"La chambre était propre j'ai aimé, sauf que à mon arrivée j'ai un peu galeré,j'ai pas trouvé la réception de l’hôtel,il y'a un numéro de téléphone qu’il faut appeler et du coup la dame au téléphone elle parle seulement espagnol et en tant que touriste et étranger c'est un peu chaud pour se comprendre sur ce qu'elle dit, mais pour le reste j'étais vraiment satisfait. "

"Tolle Lage, direkt an der Biscaya Brücke und fußläufig zur Metro. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen Gebäude und das Zimmer war sauber, groß und alles war vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Kaffee gibt es kostenlos bei der Rezeption. Ich hatte einen schönen Ausblick und man kann im Hotel nett draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. "The location of this hotel is very good and convenient for getting around the city. However, the room was a bit small. My main concern was the air conditioning. During our stay, the weather was very hot, but the air conditioning in our room was very weak and did not cool the room properly. "The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything, including the old city. We used Bilbao as a base to explore several other places such as: Lourdes, Biarritz, Santander, San Sebastián, Gatica and Bustamante. It was perfect for easy and quick access to the highway system."

"Absolutely delightful. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast is outstanding. Only criticism was with shower design. There is no mounted shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Thus, you must take small containers into the shower and there is no shelf to put them so you must put them on floor or outside of shower. Extremely inconvenient and even more so for seniors."
