"The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use."

"Hello, I’m very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. The bathtub is dirty and does not feel safe or hygienic to use for showering. There is not enough soap or shampoo provided, the towels are ripped and damaged, and the bedsheets feel rough and uncomfortable against the skin.
These conditions are unacceptable for a hotel room, especially when guests are paying for a clean, comfortable, and hygienic stay.
I would appreciate it if you could address these issues immediately by...
