"Clean modern rooms"

"J’ai bien apprécié mon séjour à Le Chabrol Hotel & Suites. L’emplacement est pratique, tout près de l’autoroute, et l’endroit est calme, ce qui est parfait pour une pause sur un long trajet. Évidemment, ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais pour un court arrêt de voyage, c’est un très bon choix. Le petit déjeuner inclus est aussi un bel avantage. Honnêtement, j’y retournerais sans hésiter."

"It is a long hallway spanning 2 and a half blocks! Not that it was difficult but just be aware! We also landed up on the weekend when the GrandPrix was held so the staff was overworked and didn’t do our rooms one day. But they nicely explained it us. Be aware of the location also, it is away from downtown Montreal. It worked for us but may not be the same for others."

"This was my first stay at a Moxy hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally of the customer service. The girl that checked me in was very relaxed, full of smiles, and beyond sweet. I was overwhelmingly surprised at the little touches in my room which included a custom birthday message on the giant mirror. Even when checking out, there were two girls who were beyond pleasant, bubbly, and just genuine. I also enjoyed the bar tender who provided our welcome drink, as well as a follow up...

"Staff were friendly, quick check in. Bed was comfortable. Great self parking options. Close to metro which was important to us as we were using it for the weekend. Did not try the restaurant. Enjoyed the outdoor heated pool as well. Thanks for another great stay!"

"Had a bit of an issue checking in when there was a dispute whether parking was included. I've stayed here multiple times for the parking. As a VIP Expedia member that wasn't indicated on my reservation. The TV was a nightmare. We couldn't access any streaming services because the previous people hadn't signed out. The tech guy couldn't do anything. Said someone would fix it the next day. We stayed for four nights and it was never fixed. Accessing the TV channels is convoluted and kept bouncing...

"Breakfast was good but get there early because when they run out of good stuff, they don't replenish it. Otherwise, quiet and clean. Good stuff!"
