"Staff at check-in caused us to wait for about 30 minutes. As he was trying to help people check in, he was also answering the phones and helping people there, too. Very unprofessional to be waiting on someone, then ask them to wait while you sort something else out for 5-10 minutes. There were 3 people ahead of us, and he did this at least 3 or 4 times. "Stayed here for two nights while passing through town and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough, and everything worked as it should. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The room was quiet, the shower had decent water pressure, and the place felt safe and well-maintained. For the price, it's hard to complain.
