"A good stay....check in was a little odd...As I'd"

"The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...

"The rooms were clean and good size, ideal for kids. Location was good. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly."

"Spacious room and very comfortable bed!"

"Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist"

"++good"

"Perfectly clean and functional. Useful when visiting my university student son living in Selly Oak. Didn't partake of breakfast but Morrisons and Aldi nearby."

"Our stay was OK. Breakfast was good and was included in our package. Car park price is about the same as other parking in the area. Good transportation links. Tram stop is a short walk. "For the price they should have done better"

"Wasn’t expecting much after reading lots of reviews. Was pleasantly suprised. Staff were lovely, breakfast was cooked to order and also lovely. Room was tidy, not sparkling but clean enough. Bathroom definitely needs some maintenance though. Didnt sleep much as matress was extremely uncomfortable as i had read and I could feel every spring. Also the bathroom light wouldn’t turn off and the bedroom could do with a lamp. But honestly for what I paid it was fine. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay...

"Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites ."

"No elevator in the section we were put in and no accommodation in the area where there is an elevator. Super steep steps so luggage left in a room on lower level. Room was very dirty. Hair in bath tub big clump of hair found in the bed but after slept in. Person sleeping in it has light hair and this wash black. No denying not hers. Won’t give extra towels only 3 towels for 3 people and one hand towel for 4 of us (second night got 3 for all of us) no extra bedding. Child got sick and no bedding...
