"Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). For US Residents who aren't used to sleeping on the floor on just a futon mat or 2, you may be a bit stiff waking up. "A wonderful blend of modern comfort and traditional bedding experience. Absolutely loved this place, with a spacious cozy clean apartment all to ourselves with heated floors, beautiful Mt. Fuji views, and the lake just a short 2-minute walk away. Warm hospitality throughout thanks to everyone who works there, absolutely amazing and if only we had stayed bit longer with better weather! Will be returning someday "
