"Stopped at The Wallace for a night while visiting colleges with my daughter. It is a very nice and reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the Upper West Side. Easy walking distance to Central Park, the Natural History Museum and any number of restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a longer visit."

"Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!"

"Well equipped room .. it had everything we needed. There are a lot of light switches so it’s confusing at night to try to put them all out. AC is good but very noisy. The gym is open 24 hours and is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. "

"Brilliant location for shopping and Times Square. Great black out curtains and street wasn’t too noisy. I asked for a view which I got. Very clean with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom, including shower gel and shampoo etc. Really friendly helpful staff and a great coffee machine and water fill station. I was so pleased with everything, it made my first visit to New York a very positive one."
