"La habitación no estaba mal de tamaño, las camas eran cómodas, pero una era de 150 y la otra de 135 un poco justa. El baño pequeño pero limpio y suficiente. La cocina olía regular por no tener ventilación, como a humedad y le faltaban tazas, pero era cómodo tenerla. Frigo en la habitación es un punto a favor. Difícil aparcar pero próximo al centro y con autobús directo."

"Very nice, clean, quiet and friendly. As an older, solo traveller, I was impressed by the security of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. They gave me advice about the neighbourhood, transportation in the city and history of the area. I hope to return for a another stay."

"The staff was great. The rooms were nice and clean and well prepped. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel breakfast. The location is convenient however finding the entrance and offloading our stuff was confusing, having never been to Bilbao before. You can either goes into the underground parking lot and pay a little - although it's not immediately obvious the lot serves the hotel - or pull over on the side of a busy, narrow street that was undergoing construction. "Very nice place, in the heart of old Bilbao. The only negative comment would be that the walls are super thin, therefore you can hear the other rooms pretty well. Also, please note that, since cars can't circulate in the old part of town, you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel (about 5 mins, nothing to exhausting). Otherwise everything else was perfect."

"This place was great. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. There is no parking nearby which was a downside but the apartment itself had everything we needed. They do have an elevator and air conditioner."

"We had a lovely overnight stay here. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you would want for a comfortable stay. We were surprised to find tea/coffee/kettle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Carpark instructions were easy to follow but to get to the hotel from the carpark, walk down the road to your left rather than straight ahead."
